I use 2 doeses Advil and Tylenol a heating pad cry n call offf work and relax the whole day pray the pain goes away sad truth is dr won’t do shit I’ve gone to sm they j say take birth control if ur not on it already idk or don’t want to take I personally don’t so that’s just me. Hope this helps

i see a gynecologist every 6mo for a checkup & ultrasound, plus i’m taking a daily bc pill (norethindrone, specifically) which has prevented all symptoms & progression of it (including my period, ot stopped soon after i was put on the pill) since i started taking it
