I personally definitely think it’s overhyped to a stupid degree, but COULD be valid. I’m a short gal, so it’s helpful if my guy is taller than me so he can reach stuff for me, that I think is understandable enough if that’s where someone is coming from.. also, taller girls would want a pretty tall guy, totally fair! As women, you want to feel smaller than your man a lot of times! But the girls that are like “omgeeee, if you’re not 6’+ don’t even LOOK at meee” and they’re short.. stfu.

- coming from a short woman. We need to stop making men feel undesirable because they’re not 6’3. It’s unrealistic and stupid. Just like expecting all women to look like Victoria’s Secret models. Stop making people’s bodies “trends”
