I’m no expert but I don’t think just looking average is the reason no women has ever liked you. There may be other things to work on before going as far as having surgery.

I think as long as you don’t over do it (see Human Barbie, Justin Jedlica) and are upfront about it with whatever partner you have later on, it should be fine. But I think your reasoning is concerning tbh. It’s about whatever makes you feel more confident and not what you think women want, because a lot of women have different preferences and whatnot.

Looking hot isn’t the only thing that makes someone talk to you though, especially if you look normal. Are you trying to start conversation yourself? Do you look chill and comfortable in the setting or are you on edge? Are you in a group where you’re being drowned out, by yourself, or with friends who ease the tension? Getting hit on is impacted a lot by looks but if people aren’t even talking to you there’s other stuff.
