Maybe talk to a psychiatrist or therapist this sounds a lot like my OCD rumination

Why not just get tested??? Seems like you’re suffering for no reason when there’s ways to idk figure out if you’re pregnant or not? It’s not like you have to wait the full 9 months to know 🙃
