I am a totally different color in the winter than I am summer. That happens. Just get a new foundation (one with SPF) and a new concealer. Buying a blush pallet is a good way to not have to re-buy every single product so you can keep those two

Idk my blush shade looks bad, my concealer doesnt brighten. I think I tanned a lil now that its gotten warmer and the sun has started coming out, and so everything is off

It’s not uncommon for people to have more than one “shade” of makeup for winter vs summer, very possible you’ve started to tan again which would change how all the colors look together
