Umm so I choose to use the word exhaustion because I know where the “fatigue” phrase really is from being co-opted from black fatigue which doesn’t stand for what people are using it for. I’m not fatigued, I’m exhausted.

What’s black fatigue? Is that a racist thing or is that the fatigue that black people can experience bc they constantly have to be educators and constantly have to be “upstanding representatives” for white people to listen to them and arent allowed to have human emotions without being demonized

Except that’s not what black fatigue is, #3 was right black fatigue is the experience that black people are consistently being checked for unnecessary things and the annoyance and tiredness of having to be policed. Then racists co-opted it to mean black fatigue is being sick of black people, and black people behavior.
