I fear my over-socialization with women at work has essentially made me one of the girlies so much that my mannerisms come off as someone who indeed is not into women at all bc every first impression is me being soft and welcoming rather than masc old me

i wouldn’t worry too much. women like men who are comfortable with both their masculine and feminine side. it’s a green flag :) if it bothers you then try to find a good balance for you and spend time being around guy friends or alone
