Just go up to her and tell her you think she’s cute and ask for her number!!! All girls like being hit on, just don’t be aggressive cause that might scare her

The key is to look comfortable. I'd say look 'confident' but you could be mean mugging her without knowing it. Don't slouch. Stand tall Eyes up or forward Asymmetrical stance, don't be a wall. Smile! Especially if you can't hold eye contact with them. Showing that you're a bit nervous or vulnerable helps a girl to feel more comfortable around you
