It’s not “treating” it but pumping can give a slight temporary effect and there are things you can wear on top of it to make it bigger

I wish that was true but as someone with both I have seen or been a direct victim of a shocking amount of body shamming especially with boobs. Boobs are boobs til you basically don’t have any boob

Well it’s true for 90% of guys but unfortunately the assholes are the ones who tend to fuck the most. Or maybe you just had bad luck. Either way, it’s not like it directly affects one’s pleasure, and also if you really wanted to you could just get implants

Implants aren’t the same and they are a huge health risk. And it actually is a LOT of very vocal guys. I actually don’t have sex bc I’m too embarrassed by my body and also bc no dude seems to ever give me any attention unless it’s negative , so I am rather under the impression it’s not just “back luck”

Pointing this out cause you don’t seem aware of it, but you’re heavily downplaying body shaming as it impacts #2, OP. If you don’t think small breasts are equivalent, please try to explain WHY without making others’ problems seem smaller.
