It's just your mindset. If you work to try to think more positive you can require your brain to think of less negative thoughts. I highly recommend looking up "growth mindset" on YouTube, they have like 5 min videos. It helped me stop being so negative. Also talk to a mental health professional if you're worried your having mental health issues
