why doesn’t my girl just tell me when something’s wrong she just starts acting a little different till i have a breakdown but when i don’t tell her im upset suddenly transparency and communicating feelings becomes extremely important

That’s not healthy. Could be that she has trouble expressing herself. Could be insecurity. Could be manipulation.
