Yeah as long as it gets better and not worse, for me the 2nd day is the worst soreness and then it gets better

I basically was racing my friend on a few miles trail and I was falling behind by a bit so I pushed myself way more than usual lol (I won) but thanks everyone

As a former sports girlie it can be like 5 days to stop being sore if you’re not used to running
