
remember that nervousness and excitment have the same effect on the body, try to reframe ur mind into saying “im so excited for this date!!” rather than “im so nervous” this alone can help u relax a lot more coming into it. be friendly! smile!!! make eye contact! honestly just be yourself. anytime hes asking questions always try to respond AND ask him something back or build off the thing u said. dont ever just answer “yes/no.” or the answer straight up it can make the conversation very onesided
