You are summarizing the general theme of many posts, yeah. Sometimes men are frustrated (complaining) or they are excited (getting attention) and come here to ask questions. That seems like a good way to use "Ask Women" to me?

Men are not born understanding women, in fact most male infants are genuinely clueless. As baby males grow they gradually learn about themselves and eventually other men. Men's sexual interest in women usually starts long before they have a good understanding of the ways in which women are different from men. Questions about "does he/she like me if.." or "why is he/she upset when.." are very common amongst men and women in their teens/20's and are healthy to ask
