I would just be like why do u still follow them, and I feel like his answer is will reveal whether he should be trusted or not. Most normal people I think would unfollow them if confronted like that, unless you know them to be otherwise friends (but that can be a red flag on its own).

I wouldn’t like that I would talk to him about it being a boundary. It wouldn’t make me not trust him unless he was still talking to them
