OP either lacks common sense or is looking to argue because nothing about what they did to that woman should be any type of legal. Arguing I’m happy the baby is alive it was 7-8 weeks when she died, it wasn’t even a viable baby yet that’s why that had to force her to 21 weeks.

Because it wasn’t baby genius lol, you don’t know what eugenics means from the amount of times you said it on your post and don’t know what a baby is. A baby possess the capacity to be born. You aren’t viable at 9 weeks the youngest baby to be born was 21 weeks and it didn’t live very longs that why the 4-6 month mark is important in pregnancy. That why they kept her body pumping until it was 21 weeks because they knew it had no prosperity for life before then.

Have you looked at the articles saying that she barely knew she was pregnant before she passed. Regardless her family as her medial POA has every right to terminate. And since the state didn’t give them the right they shouldn’t be forced to pay her medical bills because they kept her alive for an experiment.

Yup. And was saying how anyone is crazy if they dont wanna save the baby since Adrianna already died and at least the baby gets to live. And complained about eugenics when we said how awful the quality of life would be for the baby

It would be different if she had written or expressed anything about wanting to be kept alive like that for the sake of her baby. The family had the right to decide what happened to her, and the government robbed them of it. Also they stuck them with all the medical expenses even after they expressed they did not want that to happen.
