Stop drinking soda, stop snacking between meals when you’re bored, limit your serving sizes (eat enough to stop being hungry but not enough to feel full/stuffed)

Crunches, running, like in your apartment complex or yard if you’re okay with gluten? Bread. I like sandwiches or carbs like easy pastas with no protein. Like just the sauce
