How should I stop overthinking? What should I do to limit the amount of time I sit thinking about hypotheticals and shit that isn’t even real?? Please help. I’m struggling.

It's a part of life just stop overthinking about overthinking. And don't read too much into it

I have been working on that, it’s just that when it’s silent and I’m by myself, that’s when I find myself deep in thought.. too deep in thought tbh

what genres do you like? i prefer fast paced fiction (lots of thrillers lately) because it’s more gripping, less of a chance i’ll zone out and start thinking about something else
