i mean it is a power play if you’re able to do it and like everyone probably does want that but is that like feasible? probably not, some people will bank on personality and just look at the potential of what someone could be because it feels a lot more heartwarming to say that you were able to guide them through the journey than to just be there for the finished product, that might not make sense but english isn’t my first language anyways
