Depends on the setting. At the gym.. leave her alone, in a cafe.. approach nicely etc like it depends on the setting and her body language. If she is like locked in on something I wouldn’t bother another woman unless it’s an emergency

Usually headphones r a sign that they dont want to be talked to. If u cant tell the difference between a women with headphones in that wants to be talked to and one that doesn’t, just dont

Then I would just be like “excuse me” or something polite and not passive like u require her attention cuz you never know what someone is dealing with weather it’s a man or a woman. I guess the worst she can do is ignore u or say please don’t talk to me and then just respect that and move on
