Id talk with a gynecologist. It could be something like endometriosis. It could also be indigestion or something, theres a lot of things that can cause something like this

Yeah an all-protein diet (or any imbalanced diet) can cause gut issues. Avoid fad diets!! Just eat a varied selection of foods with an emphasis on whole grains, unprocessed foods, and low saturated fats/added sugars. I struggled with it for a while, but replacing stuff over time makes it a lot easier. Olive oil instead of butter, fruit instead of candy, etc. try to really work on eating more fiber and drinking more water, indigestion is usually linked to low fiber/dehydration

Have you tried changing your diet? I used to have chronic nausea and indigestion and changing my diet (and eating more probiotics) helped a lot. Id cut out milk especially, a lot of people become lactose intolerant later in life and dont realize it

If youre having more serious symptoms (blood with BMs, etc.) let your doctor know asap! But otherwise, its worth experimenting with lifestyle changes to see if anything budges. Its crazy how basic lifestyle shifts can totally change how you feel.
