women tend to value themselves more so they have higher standards (to way oversimplify, like a woman 5 is way more likely to think she can get with a man 9 than a man 5 thinking he has a shot with a woman 9)

It’s quite sad actually. The thoughts that circulate in these channels are incredibly distorted. I would even go as far to say that the reason why looks are so thrust forward into the central stage of the conversation is because manosphere influencers themselves judge purely based on physical and sexual attraction. If only there were more interventions…there is actually a subreddit specifically for helping incels get out of the manosphere. But how to inspire their motivation? I do not know :(
