Make firm boundaries. I have had this issue with many people in my life that I do so much for them they begin to expect me to do everything. You have to put a stop to it because they won’t. I have been called a “gaslighter and manipulator” for being kind to people and asking for one thing in return. Don’t be afraid to cut people that push those boundaries off too
