Hey so you might have PMDD, if it’s something you’re really concerned about you should talk to a doctor

Yeah I had really bad PMDD like this and it really affected my life. Like, couldn’t get out of bed for a week. Grades and work suffered. I went on the pill and miraculously I got the right hormone combo first try and it’s CHANGED my life fr. Still looking into a hysterectomy for a permanent fix, but bc can really help with hormone balancing/PMDD
