I feel the same for my younger sister, and it’s not just instagram that’s doing it, it’s all social media. I thankfully didn’t grow up with anything except youtube so I grew up knowing nothing about “beauty” standards (in quotations bc I’m a guy) and I already see what it’s doing to her and it’s terrifying
