Don’t use anything scented first of all (including summers eve and vagisil) and only cleanse the outside. I use the Dove sensitive skin bar soap and it’s never done me wrong

a clean washcloth and water is all you need. Once or twice a day. If there's a stench or discharge your diet is probably messed up
