Guys I need help. My boyfriend is in the city with his brother because he was walking in a small fashion show for New York Fashion Week. We weren’t really talking much all day but I didn’t mind because I knew he was busy. At 11:18pm I texted him and said

(Ongoing) “what’s up” he texted back and said “hey” I asked him if the show was still going on and I got no response after that. I told him I was going to sleep and said goodnight. We always call every night to say goodnight without fail but he never did that. I needed going to bed and woke up again at 3am. I texted him again and got no response and called him probably 7 times. No response. I texted him again this morning around 9. No response. I texted a few more time and it’s still no response

(Ongoing) it’s now been 12 hours since his last “hey” and I’ve heard absolutely nothing from him. I’m an over thinker and thinking the worst. Do you think something could have happened out there???

The good news is that, especially during fashion week, there tends to be more event security. Folks also tend to be looking out for more vulnerable people who might not be accustomed to NYC. If you’re genuinely concerned, don’t hesitate to talk to the local precinct.
