It’s so odd bc they don’t treat the other coworkers (men) this way and I feel so uncomfortable but he’s just being polite/nice

oh i think i get what u mean! i’m interpreting it as chivalry that feels like mocking or patronizing, but id also like to know what specifically u mean by it. i cant really pinpoint a particular experience of it personally but i get the feeling
