Anyone else with androgenic alopecia?? How are we naturally lowering our androgens bc the side effects of spiro forced me to stop. Is just hella spearmint tea the move?

Well my bp is alr usually low so it was pretty bad and eventually like 6 months in it felt like I had a chronic uti for two months straight but kept testing negative for everything. Turns out my hormones were too low bc of the meds and now I feel fine. There’s topical estrogen/test creams for down there for those symptoms but I thought it’s just not worth it. Also even if u don’t get that u will pee every three seconds. Besides that it’s a miracle drug my skin is fire. I’ve heard if u don’t have

Too many androgens to begin with it’s not the best drug bc it messes up your cycle and can cause some of the symptoms like hair loss. This was fine for me

Oh actually I have noticed the needing to pee all the time. I do drink almost a gallon of water a day but still it’s even more excessive than it was before. I’m kinda worried that maybe my androgens are getting too low if anything now or I need a lower dose bc if anything my hormonal acne is worse but also it’s only been a few weeks so maybe I’m just paranoid

I’ve not had it actually tested but I’ve had multiple dermatologists look at the placement of my acne 100% on my lower face and jawline and cystic and been like yep severe adult female hormonal acne so idk

Hmm well for me it got better at first but it wasn’t completely gone until ab 2 months in. I’d hold out a little longer

I will, im just a really paranoid and impatient person so it’s killing me. But also I was having spearmint tea for ab a week then got scared that the combo of the meds and the tea was too much and stopped, but I’ve only heard good things ab it. Don’t overdo it tho, one or two cups a day I’ve heard.
