Before Nexplanon, never had any body pan other than my severe cramps. With Nexplanon? At least a week and a half before plus the entire time I’m on it, my whole body feels like hell. Sore as fuck like I just got done with a full-body workout

Same here. I’ve never experienced it before either. When other girls talk about breast soreness during their periods, I legit don’t think I’ve ever experienced it before. On one hand I’m curious, but on the other hand I’m really glad that I can’t relate bc my cramps are already bad enough as it is. Literally lying here rn wishing I was dead and dreading my shift tomorrow. 😭

to my understanding it’s because of your hormone fluctuations on your cycle, so higher estrogen can cause breast pain lol
