Get it tested, could be nothing could be something better to check now when it’s smallish

Absolutely go get tested! My mother had breast cancer and a few years back I found a lump in my nipple area. I’ve had two mammograms done (as a guy lol) since then. Luckily it’s just fatty tissue but it is always better to be safe than sorry and early stoppage can be a huge factor for eradication if it sadly comes to that
