
Depending on your height and weight you may need to buy special heels. When drag queens started buying them they would break due to the size and center of mass difference. Bring bandaids and put them on the back of your heel to prevent blistering. Also there are heel adaptors that you can stick at the bottom of the heel so you can walk in grass and things like that.
get the heels a month or two ahead of time so that u can practice walking in them! wider heels (as in a block heel vs a thin stiletto) are slightly easier to balance in and walk in, but as long as u walk with ur weight more forward in the front part of ur foot, u will be okay! definitely find a way to keep some band aids on u just in case u get blisters
