Nice cologne on points (neck, wrists, lower back), something she can smell when leaning in to hear you at the bar. Ask her questions especially if she asks you something so she doesn’t have to carry the conversation

Cologne, wear something put together, DONT BE NONCHALANT, eye contact, when shes talking look at her and smile, ask questions about her, be a gentleman open dors chairs walk on the outside of the sidewalk etc
