Layering is an easy way to build some interest. Also please for the love of god avoid skinny jeans (unless you really love them, I’m just a hater don’t let me take away your joy)

having different fabrics/textures can make an outfit interesting imo. like corduroy, leather (or fake leather), denim, and fleece all have different textures and can add different dimensions to the outfit. also accessories! rings, belts, earrings (if u have them pierced, tho u can also get fake ones), hats, necklaces, etc. ik men’s fashion is a little more limited especially if ur on a budget but try to find a thrift store near u and try to find 1-2 items u really like :)
