Give her a smile and take note of her reaction. A smile back is usually pretty good to approach, but keep in mind it shouldn’t be your only marker. Plenty of women don’t smile when flattered and even more smile when they’re uncomfortable

Tbh there really isn’t one, a lot of girls’ reactions are programmed into them for survival, not nicety. If you think she really is pretty and she seems like she would be down in a conversation (“hey, saw you in class earlier…”), then go for it and don’t be discouraged if you’re shut down

she keeps looking away, just to look back at you or is talking to someone else between looking at you and has a smile on her face
