If she wants a 3rd date she most likely is into you and it’s pretty much a green light to kiss her as long as the moment is appropriate and not rushed

You can never go wrong with asking!! What I would recommend is do the lean in method, glance at her eyes and lips a few times while leaning in, if she doesn’t start leaning in as well (doesn’t mean she doesn’t want the kiss) or you still can’t tell if she wants the kiss that would be a good moment to ask, If she starts leaning in as well the rest will be history🙌
