Used to be me in HS. Haven’t had one in at least 6 years now - thank fuck. I have a feeling mine was from my dirty ass ex BUT what I did was hydrate myself REGULARLY. Water water water. Keep the urinary tract in USE. Regularly take cran supplements (I recommend azo) - has been smth I’ve taken pretty much daily now. And ALWAYS pee after any sort of stimulation down there - idk if it’s a drop, it counts😭

idk if there’s anything i can tell you that your doctor wouldn’t but i get utis fairly often and taking cranberry supplements every day helps prevent them

See a urologist, it’s possible it’s an upper bladder infection that keeps recycling back into your tract. I had them super super bad for a while, it’s also possible you have a structural issue. For example, women and men pee differently; men have to push but women release. I have issues with my pelvic floor so I have to push to pee- which we aren’t supposed to do- so if you don’t properly empty your bladder you can develop an infection

Whenever I THOUGHT I was gonna get one again, I’d just chug a shit ton of water and my azo pills, then I’d realize I was likely just dehydrated. Dehydration feels similar to start of uti bc of the crystallization
