i wouldn’t mind him complimenting his friends at all. i think with strangers some compliments are a little iffy like idk if i would want him calling a random girl beautiful, only because i don’t want her getting the wrong impression lmao. but saying “that shirt brings out your eyes” to a random person is fine imo

Yeah like I’ve gotten that line from women before and it never made me feel uncomfortable, but idk others might feel differently
