this is so tmi but does anyone have recommendations for gut health, idk what’s wrong with me lately but i feel like every time I eat my tummy hurts and i have to shit so bad and iv never been like this before but it’s been like this for 2 months now

i was like this too, maybe try eliminating certain foods to see if you have an allergy?? i found out that i was allergic to milk this way, but if it persists for about 4 more months then i would see a doctor about it <3

Most people eat under the necessary amount, first step I would take would be that. Finding a properly balanced diet is key but do it one part at a time to learn

Carbs are actually so good for your body to function esp if you workout if you just eat a good amount and good sources of them, that whole anti carbs thing is stupid and you don’t need to do that tbh. And natural sugars are great but avoiding processed sugars is great but not the end all be all. But yeah if you eat a balanced diet idk, maybe it’s one food you’ve introduced that’s messing you up

i still eat carbs i just live more like if i had bread with one meal im not gonna have it again and switch it for a healthier option

Ok yeah that’s good to have balance. But also don’t think of bread as an unhealthy thing esp if it’s a wheat or grain bread, so many ppl fall into that

no please talk your shit, i feel like all things considered my diet is relatively healthy, my diet hasn’t changed, nothing has changed SO WHAT IS WRONF WITH ME
