One day at a time girl. You will cry, you will be angry, every day will be hard in its own way- until it’s not. No matter what, I promise that one day you WILL wake up without the hole in your stomach, and regardless of if you find someone else YOU will be enough for you. Definitely take some time for yourself allow yourself to feel all the emotions because you have every right to feel them. You may still feel a bit of love for this person but cutting him out your life could be for the best if it helps you move on. You can do it anyway you feel best but know none of this is your fault. I’m so sorry this happened to you
Make a list of people you value and try to always have a meetup of some kind with at least one of them arranged at all times- your friends and family will keep you sane and give you something to look forward to and get a break from your routine with. Doesn’t have to be fancy or cost anything, just seeing people and being outside or going to someone else’s place does wonders
Journal!!!!!!!!! Every night. Put everything you feel on paper as honestly as you can. Sometimes it feels ugly and gross to put those feelings into words but then they’re out of your body in some form. Doesn’t have to be elaborate- some of my old pages are just scribbles haha. But if you’re like me and not good at talking to people about feelings a journal does wonders
