My friends and I only ever mention it if it was an issue. One of my exes was too big and it made me get UTIs all the time. Otherwise, size never determines how good the sex is.

Babe, there’s bacteria on everything. UTIs are caused by a lot of things and irritation is one of them. You can get UTIs from the panties you wear too. There’s a million causes.
