See if you had asked like 10 years ago that area would be a hell no, but now…. I wouldn’t be too against it

It isn’t bad now actually, I mean like - homelessness will always be there but they don’t bother you unless you bother them… You still probably won’t be able to go out after dark, but that’s common sense in any big city
