
I definitely recommend tracking the symptoms and the triggers that make the symptoms “worse” like when I’m super excited I do the stereotypical “flappy arms” and I sleep with the “Dino arms” but most symptoms overlap with other disorders so it’s best ot have something to show the drs i use Bunnefit to track my symptoms and i love it.
