Noise canceling headphones are good but sometimes they made a weird noise with the plane I noticed this with JBL headphones but I had Raycon (idk if that’s how you spell it) ones and it wasn’t as bad if you push down on the headphones it stops tho

Noise cancelling headphones, and anxiety meds if you have any. Xanax is a godsend for me

Download ur playlists before u leave the house. Don’t be afraid to ask people for help!!! Pack snacks you’ll actually eat. Plane gets very cold so bundle up.
