How do we feel ab ppl who give a time window instead of being exact? Ex. “I’ll pick you up around 7-7:15pm” date night

I’m chronically late when there’s a specific time which is why I give a range and aim for the earlier time.. you gotta make it work for you when you’re like that

i’m ok with this simply bc sometimes there’s things in the way we can’t control abt driving BUT if it’s past 15 i need a reason
