The worst part of being high functioning autistic is how you somehow attract bullies in the workplace.

I have always been bullied at work and my worst experience was when I was 18-19 by a woman in her 40s who knew I am neurodivergent

I’ve been accused of being hostile by a coworker. I was quiet the entire time, doing my job. Busiest day so I requested help, but got told that I couldn’t do something, that was crucial to me getting my job done. I’ve worked for a year, no one has said this, everyone does this. So I obviously didn’t listen and did it myself, since she didn’t want to aid during a rush. Didn’t say a single word during either.

She proceeded to complain about me to the shift lead, saying I was “disrespectful.” They didn’t ask for my side, just automatically believed her, and sent me home since I kept asking “how was I being disrespectful,” and not letting them label me as that. She then went around calling me hostile to other coworkers after I was sent home because of her accusation. Guess what? She then went around telling other workers that she wants to punch me in the face

Fortunately I’m friendly with people, so they knew smt was up. They told me. I messaged my boss, complaining about the micro-aggression (I’m black), threat, and how I was sent home without my side being asked. Boss apparently went off on the shift lead, after finding out. Turns out the girl lied when she told me I wasn’t allowed to do what I did, claiming our boss said it. Boss said, not true. Got sent long apology messages by her, shift lead, and boss. I exposed others racist experiences too
