Idk if this might help. I like to think about the difference between jealousy and envy. Jealousy is when you worry someone will take what you have, envy is wanting what someone else has. Also, jealousy is a normal human emotion, so no, it’s not bad! It’s really only bad when you act out on it, but I promise almost everyone experiences that human emotion at some point :)
