i feel u so fucking bad it’s literally the worst. the best thing i’ve found to help is either 1. having an external thing to motivate me (someone i enjoy is coming over is what’s worked) or 2. just breaking it down into little steps and doing 1 step a day. and the steps can b as small as u need them yk?
i like to put on youtube videos of people cleaning in real time for big cleans (i love peach prc’s video for this). or if i just need to get started i set a timer for a small amount of time that feels reasonable (usually 5-20 min) and then i get as much done as i can. knowing i have a defined end point usually helps a lot
