I’m able to go back tho after like 5 more cycles of safe foods. so it’s always like “oh yeah i remember liking that, let’s have that” then eating that meal for some time

Ummmm I get it at a small local grocery store in a little can and you can shake it out. they often come in multiple combos. I prefer the just seaweed and sesame seeds one. I’d recommend your local Asian market too!
