I would look at private therapists. Some private therapists take insurance for adult autism tests. That’s how I did it and she did a big session to see if I have any other diagnosises and verified previous diagnosises

For me, I don’t want to spend insane money for a diagnosis when I already know my brain works differently, the people close to me understand that, and I already have various resources for info about how to make my life a little bit smoother
